Job Summary
To provide administrative support in the coordination of the sta medical scheme, wellness and health
& safety activities. The position ensures proper documentation, communication, and follow-up with
sta and service providers to support e‑cient operations and quality service delivery. The role may
occasionally require working beyond normal hours to meet urgent deadlines or respond to member or
provider needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Maintain and update records of medical scheme members and dependents.
• Support the issuance of medical cards for sta and dependents.
• Manage correspondence and calls from sta and medical providers, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist in preparing and submitting supplier creation forms
• Assist in EBM request.
• Assist in invoice recording and submission for payment
• Assist in scheduling wellness activities, meetings, and provider visits.
• Prepare simple reports as directed.
• Ensure con­dentiality and secure handling of all medical scheme documentation.

Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality visual content that supports the Bank’s
communications goals, enhances customer engagement, and strengthens brand visibility across all
platforms. This role delivers creative assets for marketing campaigns, internal communications, product
promotions, digital and print media, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s
brand guidelines and strategic direction.
Additionally, the role will champion the establishment and management of the Bank’s Image and
Photograph Bank Initiative, a centralized visual repository designed to store, organize, and maintain
high-quality photographic and graphic assets representing the Bank’s brand, culture, and community
impact.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for both digital and print media, including brochures,
posters, signage, advertisements, social media content, and web pages.
• Create impactful layouts and templates for internal communications, presentations, and corporate
publications in accordance with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute campaign
visuals, promotional content, and storytelling through graphics.
• Translate business briefs and scripts into visual storyboards for motion graphics, animations, or video
editing as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining
high-quality standards.
• Adapt creative content to di‑erent formats (social media, events, branch signage, and digital
advertising).
• Ensure consistency of brand elements across all internal and external design work.
• Maintain organized digital archives of all design materials, source ­les, and brand assets.
• Lead and manage the Bank’s Image and Photograph Bank Initiative, ensuring accurate tagging,
cataloguing, and maintenance of a comprehensive digital image repository.

• Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, and external vendors to source, curate, and update
authentic and high-quality imagery reecting the Bank’s operations, people, and community initiatives.
• Establish and enforce brand photography guidelines, metadata standards, and usage protocols for all
images and videos across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in visual design and recommend improvements or
innovations for Bank branding.
• Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in elevating the visual identity of the Bank and
ensuring professional design standards are upheld.
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Line Manager.
Quali­cation, Experience, Skills and Attributes
For the above position, the successful applicant should ful­l the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, Journalism, or a
related ­eld.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a ­nancial institution, agency,
or corporate marketing environment.
• Experience in digital asset management systems or photo libraries will be a distinct advantage.
• Basic photography or videography skills will be an added advantage.
• Advanced pro­ciency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After
E‑ects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and branding.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATUTORY FINANCIAL REPORTING

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Statutory Financial Reporting
Department: Finance
Reports to: Statutory Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary
Duties and responsibilities include supporting overall ­nancial reporting and management reporting,meeting statutory and regulatory requirements/returns to the National Bank of Rwanda, and overseeing reconciliations of the general ledger accounts that make up the Trial Balance. Period-end closure reporting process to generate the ­nal Trial Balance, ensuring completeness and supporting schedules. The holder of this role will also be the focal point for Internal and External Auditors to coordinate audit activities, ensuring completion within timelines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Performing reconciliations between the ­nance systems and the business systems for General ledgers and follow up for fixing the identified gaps.
• Validation, integrity, and completeness of the Monthly GL Returns and Reconciliations and
compiled returns report to Management and Group.
• Implement and maintain a standardized monthly reconciliation template and tracking system to ensure completeness and meeting deadlines.
• Verification of all requests for new GLs within the Banking system, ensuring correct classification, continuous review of all Bank GLs and initiate closure process per Policy.
• Prepare daily timely and accurate ­nancial reports to Senior Management and the Banking Group.
• Ensure accurate and updated Trial Balance Valuation
• Preparation of regulatory returns to the Central Bank; daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual returns while ensuring their accuracy and timely submission per deadlines set by the regulator and in the prescribed formats and templates.
• Responsible for the preparation of Quarterly, half-year, and Annual ­nancials in compliance with IFRS and Central Bank regulations and Guidelines while ensuring timely publication in accordance with the rules.
• Be part of the annual compilation of the integrated reports and ­nancial and sustainability reports

• Assist the Financial Reporting Manager in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly verification of the validity and accuracy of all financial and management reports and the accompanying supporting report schedules and ensure that they comply with both company management reports as well international financial reporting guidelines (financial statement threshold of existence, rights and obligations, occurrence, completeness, valuation, measurement and fair presentation and disclosure).
• Assist in overseeing all interim and annual financial audits (external/Internal), ensuring compliancewith company policies, government legislation, and international ­nancial reporting standards.
• Be the key contact person during Audit activities, both internal & external, by coordinating the timely submission of accurate audit schedules.
• Preparation, under the Head of Finance’s guidance, of quality and timely board papers
• Risk champion – Maintenance of finance-related trackers to ensure completion and closure of internal and external audit items, compliance with regulations and laws, and up to date with IFRS.
• Support in compiling the Regulatory Capital Adequacy return, Support business processes to optimize capital allocation, and processes to support business growth, and internally generate Capital.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Attributes
For the above position, the successful applicant should fufil the following requirements:
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial science, mathematics or related fields.
• CPA/ACCA Qualification and Relevant Experience
• Over 5 years’ experience in Financial and credit Reporting in banking or similar industry.
• 1 year working experience handling large data sets for a bank ideally with Big 5 audit ­rms, or in a Finance function or Credit or in an actuary on a day-to-day basis in a top tier bank or supporting a top tier bank in Rwanda.
• 1 year working knowledge of SQL scripting using any tools SQL developer, or any other applicable tools on a day-to-day basis.
