Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan
and monitor daily operations to ensure departmental efficiency and quality
of work.

Qualifications & Experience required
- Master’s
or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or
related fields
- 10+
years in senior management positions in microfinance or banking sector.
- Minimum
of 5 years of experience in operations.
- Excellent
organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding
communication, interpersonal and strong decision-making skills.
- Working
knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics.
- Proficient
in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and
Adobe Acrobat.
- Fluent
in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
