Italian Higher Education with Africa (IHEA) Foundation for citizens of Algeria,
Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Tunisia who are
passionate about advancing Africa's energy sector.
The Blended Executive Program (BEP) is a hybrid,
intensive training running from November 2025 to February 2026. It is
designed for junior researchers, early-career lecturers, and young
government officials dedicated to leading Africa’s just energy transition.

understanding of the just energy transition and its implications for
Africa

open-source tools and data-driven approaches to design energy solutions
- Strengthen
partnerships with home institutions through collaborative research
