RE: Invitation to Participate in End-of Term 3 Exams Preparation Workshop
The National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) is mandated to oversee and manage all forms of assessments nationwide within basic education, including the development of examination papers for both comprehensive and national-level assessments.
In line with this mandate, NESA is organizing a workshop aimed at developing question papers projects to be used in Term III assessments across schools countrywide.
We kindly request your authorization for the teachers and trainers listed in the annex to participate in this workshop, scheduled to take place from 9th to 19th April 2026 at GS HVP Gatagara and Rwabuye TSS in Huye District. Participants are expected to arrive in Huye on 08th April 2026. All participants are required to present an original signed Mission Authorization. Additionally, having a well-functioning laptop is mandatory for effective participation in the workshop. NESA will provide mission and transport allowances.
