Subject: Request for Mobilization of School Administrators and In-Service Teachers to Register for the English Language and Communication Proficiency Training Program.

The Ministry of Education (MINEDUC) through the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) in collaboration with Education First (EF), is pleased to introduce the English language and communication Proficiency training Program, a national program designed to improve English language skills and communication across Rwanda's education system.

In preparation for the program rollout, REB kindly requests your support in mobilizing and encouraging all school administrators and in-service teachers in your district to register for the English Language and Communication Proficiency Training Program. Please inform them of the program, explain its importance for their professional development, and remind them to complete their registration by Friday, March 13th, 2026, to ensure smooth implementation. Please note that only teachers who have not yet started and are not part of the current English language and communication skills training need to register via the following link : [Registration Link]https://form.jotform.com/26029406605. Teachers who are already participating in the English training are encouraged to continue their learning.
