Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) Scholarships 2026-2027 are fully funded scholarships for international students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees. These scholarships cover full tuition and educational support fees, along with a monthly living allowance of 10,000 baht.

SIIT offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs leading to degrees such as Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Undergraduate programs are available in fields including chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, digital engineering, electrical engineering, engineering management, industrial engineering, management technology, and mechanical engineering.

At the graduate level, SIIT offers specialized programs such as the Master of Engineering in Engineering Technology, Information and Communication Technology for Embedded Systems, Logistics and Supply Chain Systems Engineering, and the Master of Science in Engineering and Technology. Internship listings

Round-trip airfare tickets (economy class) direct route to Thailand.
A visa fee and airport taxes up to 10,000 baht will be given.

Eligibility Criteria for the SIIT Scholarships

To be eligible for the SIIT Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Required Language: English
Eligible Countries: All countries
Not a Thai citizen or do not hold Thai nationality.
Meet the qualification criteria of the SIIT graduate program.
Two Strong Recommendations (at Least One from an Academic Institute). You can check the sample of how to write a recommendation letter.
Have Good Health & Good Conduct.

How to Apply for the SIIT Scholarships?

Step One: Documents required:

A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)
. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
An official transcript or current transcript. For a master’s degree application, a bachelor’s degree transcript with at least a GPA of 2.75 is required. For the doctoral degree application, the bachelor’s degree transcript and master’s degree transcript with a GPA of 3.50.
Certificate of English proficiency test as one of the following (if any): – TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+) – IELTS 4.5+ – TU-GET 400+ – TOEIC 500+. Remark: The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no certificate of an English proficiency test.
Citizen ID card or passport
Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches size as a jpeg only)
