NESA Professional Training Results and Certificates Now
Available!
The National Examination and School Inspection Authority
(NESA) is pleased to announce that assessment results for the professional
training program in pre-primary and primary teaching are officially ready for
access. If you have completed this training, you can now view your marks and
download your official certificate online.

How to Access Your Results and Certificate
To obtain your documents, follow these simple steps on the
official portal:
- Step
1: Visit the Portal Navigate to the NESA Teacher Certification
Portal at www.portal.nesa.gov.rw.
From the homepage, select the "Uncertified Teachers" menu
option.

2: Log In Enter your Trainee Code (usually 13 characters) and
your National ID (16 digits). Click on "Search
Profile" to find your details.

3: View Your Performance Once your profile is loaded, you can view
your Subject Performance across various modules, including
Education Psychology, Pedagogy Instruction, and Teaching Practicum.

- Step 4: Download Your Certificate Click the "Download Certificate" button. You will be asked to confirm your personal information. If your Name, NID, and Trainee Code are correct, click "Yes, Download".

If you encounter any issues accessing the portal or notice
discrepancies in your personal information, support is available:

Claims: You can click "No, Claim Wrong Info" directly
within the portal during the confirmation step.
- Direct
Contact: Call the support line at 9070 or use the email contact
provided on the portal website.
